Pro's news

Pauls progress...

Paul Waring finished well in South Africa last week despite a bit of an off Saturday. Conditions looked really tricky, not to mention having to deal with snakes and Mongoose! He finished in a tie for 24th place which has him at 20th position in the Race To Dubai going into the DP World Tour Championship this week.

Best of luck to Paul in that one. Hopefully he can finish what has been a great season in style!

Speaking of wildlife, my latest YouTube video features Bromborough’s new friend, Mr Fox! That’s really the main bit of the video.

 
Competition news

Fingers crossed it stays this way!

Ok, I don’t want to speak too soon, but the weather seems to have picked up a bit and as I write this, we have all 18 holes open!

The ladies hidden pin competition was won by Sue Fowler with 55 points, closely followed by Jill Warren on 54 points. The men’s competition was cancelled on Saturday due to the weather so no results for that one.


 
Shop news

It's never too early!

It’s obviously not the busiest time of the year in the Pro Shop so if you’d like to stop by to see myself or Mark, that would be much appreciated. We might even make you a cuppa!

On the shop front, we are still taking delivery of Winter stock so be sure to have a look and get prepared for Christmas. It’s never too early to start getting ready for next season too so if you want to play some better golf next year, myself (Alex) and Geoff will be offering lessons throughout the Winter with discounted packages available.


Weeks remaining to get yours

We’ve started to receive your Titleist and Srixon ball personalisation orders in-store and it’s safe to say the promotion has captured the imagination of plenty of you.

If you haven’t order yours yet, you have a couple of weeks left before the deadline for Christmas delivery (9th December). You can choose from any model in Titleist’s and Srixon's range and can personalise your balls for FREE.
