The attached photo shows Margaret Nelson receiving the Westminster Shield from the Cheshire Ladies County Captain which Margaret, Jan Mcgowan, Dawn Skelland & Caroline Berry won at Astbury in August this year.

Caroline was also in good form this week winning the Ladies Stableford with 36 points followed by Colly Faulkner with 35 points & Dawn Skelland with 33 points

The Greenstaff have got on well returfing the 4th & 17th tees and to the right of the 1st green. Please try and avoid walking on any of the new turf whilst it's bedding in. The new posts without rope to stop people taking their trolleys near the greens seem to be doing their job for most people however it was reported to me that some members playing last Wednesday morning were taking no notice of them. I won't name and shame at present!

Friday is the last day to order the Titleist Balls for Christmas. I may be able to do it over the weekend on my computer if you are struggling so please let me know.
