Last Saturdays 4 Ball Better Ball was won with a great score of 40 points over 15 holes by Denis Munro & Tony D'Arcy closely followed by Murray Watters & Tom Scott with 38 points & John Edwards & Graham Pitt in 3rd place on a card playoff with 37 points. There were 10 twos working out at £10.80 per two so £5.40 per player.
The time sheet is now up for the shotgun on the 27th December so you can book at the weekend when you are down. This is an 18 hole shotgun at 8.30am.
The Ladies Team event on Tuesday was won by Caroline Berry, Jan Mcgowan & Joan Jones with 66 points over 15 holes with Margaret Nelson, Dawn Skelland & Sharon Evans in 2nd place with 61 points.

The course has taken a bit of a battering this week with the wind & rain so please take care in the wet areas and remember to do your pitch marks. I have also had a few more complaints regarding members not being let through so please if you are holding up the game behind let them through. The 17th tee is looking good after being returfed and is mandatory GUR until the Spring when it opens. The same goes for the 4th but hopefully none of you will be playing off there when playing the 3rd!
